Client Conversion Rate
The Client Conversion Rate percentage and the graph show how many prospective clients to current clients you have per month. The numbers represent the change from Prospective Clients and Current Clients tags on your clients. The graph uses the preset colours of the tags.
As you add clients each month the number of bars will increase to show more detail.
To see the numbers, hover over the bar and the month and the number will be displayed.
The filter mentioned in the Reports section will allow you to filter by year.

Conversion Rate List View
The report in List View will display numbers instead of a bar graph.
Download the Report
You can download the data of each report by clicking the Download button at the bottom of the report. This will download a CSV file which can be opened with a spreadsheet or simple text application.

The CSV displays the name of the report at the top and what filter, if any, the name of the coach or consultant. Then the information is in numerical format.
