Responsive Design and Platform Agnostic

ClientShelf lives on the internet and is accessed with your web browser. This means you can use it anywhere on any device with any platform. Use your desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile phone. Doesn’t matter if it’s Apple, Windows or Android, ClientShelf works with all of them!

Security

We’ve implemented two-factor authentication. What this means for you is that your account is more secure. No one can log in as you from another location or device when two-factor authentication is on.

Two-factor authentication is an addition to all our other security features in ClientShelf.

Easy to use Dashboard

The Your ClientShelf dashboard is visually appealing and loaded with easy-to-read information about all your clients. We display the information that matters most to you so you can see it immediately when you log into ClientShelf.

Visual Database

The Client Record provides all your client’s data in one place. Here you’ll find everything about your client, the services you provided them and all your other interactions with them.

Calendar

Our calendar shows all your meetings in one place. Send client appointments or have a coffee break with a colleague. It’s easily done in one place.

Client Notes

Client notes are important to coaches so they play a prominent role in our app. Our client notes keep your note-taking neat by associating the note with the service your client is on. That being a single service or many.

Your notes are shown as a list in the client record and can be easily filtered by service.

Client Tagging

We created an amazing client tagging system. Standard tags are set up to help with client conversion rates plus add your own custom tags. You can incorporate as many tags as you want for each client.

Tired of sending Word or Google Docs to clients to fill out? Wouldn’t it be great to send a form and have it incorporated right into their client record? We’ve created our questionnaire builder to do just that.
